It is located on the La Punta/Las Hadas Peninsula in Manzanillo in the main hotel zone (near the famous Las Hadas Hotel where the movie "10" was filmed.) This condominium is within walking distance to beautiful sandy beaches, shopping, and great restaurants. Bus service and taxi service is readily available.
Manzanillo's most exclusive Hotels, Las Hadas and Karmina Palace are close by complete with day spas, restaurants and 18 hole golf courses. Rounds of golf and day passes to use the facilities are available for purchase at each hotel. Charter fishing is also available at the hotel.
At the foot of the hill is the area known as Playa de La Audiencia where some of the best snorkeling can be found. Jet skis, kayaks, peddle boats, boogie boards and banana boat rides are offered at this beach.
Our condo is situated on the hill overlooking Sanitago Bay, facing west toward the Pacific Ocean and the Juluapan Peninsula. Th e complex is gated with off street parking, a grassy commons area and swimming pool with patio area.
The condo is on the top floor (fourth). There are no elevators, but its well worth the walk up! The condo comes complete with a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishware & appliances), washer/dryer and fresh linens. Maid service, once a week, is provided in the rental price. If you can tear yourself away from the fabulous view - there is TVs and DSL internet service for your use. We also have air conditioning though with the gentle sea breezes you rarely need to use it.
Activities: Close to snorkeling/diving, jet skis, kayaks, swimming, hiking, golf, horseback riding, shopping, night entertainment, great restaurants,etc.
Amenities: TV/DVD, phone, internet, weekly maid service, linens, full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, blender, microwave, washer/dryer. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets allowed.
