Deposit for 1 week stay is 3 days rent.
Deposit for 1 month stay or more is 5 days rent.
Reservations can be paid by personal check or wire transfer.6 night minimum stay.
Long term rates available.
A $200 damage deposit is required
For over 6 persons there is an additional charge of $15/day/per person
