Puerto Santiago is a 122-acre master planned community situated on Mexico’s Gold Coast in what many people describe as the Jewel of Mexico – Manzanillo.

• Marina: The village-like marina will enchant visitors with over 150 boat slips, seaside benches, open plazas, and softly illuminated walkways.
• Beach Hotel: We are planning to build a 5-star, 222-room hotel on the beach. The hotel is the most recognized 5-star brand in the world.
  
• Shopping & Entertainment Center: Over 1 million square feet of retail space will establish Puerto Santiago as the first high-end shopping and entertainment district in Manzanillo.
• Medical Spa: First-class medical facility for elective surgeries and private recovery center with VIP service.
• Condominium Projects: Along with a beach project with 132 condominiums, the lagoon-front condominium project will have over 800 condominiums built around a private, community-style center with tennis courts, an exercise facility, a grocery store, and other amenities.
• Single-family Homes: 240 single-family lots rest alongside the marina and shopping area, as well as throughout the beach area.

• Beach Hotel: We have signed a Letter of Intent to situate a 5-star, 220-room Intercontinental Hotel on what is referred to as Lot 3. Hotel patrons will enjoy multiple pools, a high-end spa & exercise facility, a five-star restaurant, and additional dining and shopping areas.
  
  
• Condominium Project: Just a short walk down the beach, we are planning to erect three towers with 132 total condominiums. Situated on what is referred to as Lot 8, residents will enjoy an exercise facility, a pool area, and concierge service.
  
  
• Single-family Homes: On either side of Lot 8, 94 single-family lots will be sold with the intent to build 3,500 square foot plus homes. Individual homeowners will get to enjoy the amenities of the 5-star hotel as part of their association dues.
