Bob Findley, principal owner of the Company, relocated to Manzanillo after retiring from a career in the U.S. Navy. Bob brings a lifetime of practical experience in purchasing, remodeling and re-selling homes in Washington, California, Florida, and Virginia.

Garrett Eskandari is another great addition to the Company. He brings with him well-rounded experience in sales and a Bachelor’s degree from California State University San Marcos. In addition to his college education and sales experience, Garrett’s character is founded on ideals of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and customer satisfaction. Lori Muirhead I was born in Nanaimo, B.C., Canada and spent my youth growing up and going to school in Coquitlam B.C. I have been married for 37 years and we resided in the Victoria, B.C. area for 28 years before moving permanently to Santiago (Manzanillo) Mexico. We first discovered Manzanillo in 1997 and instantly fell in love with the city and the people. We returned every year increasing the length of our stay until Manzanillo felt more like home than Victoria. With every vacation new friends both Mexican and North Americans became a part of our family here and in July of 2004 we bought a home in Santiago in anticipation of my retirement from Telus. We moved here permanently June 5, 2005 and plan to become citizens of our adopted country when we have fulfilled the immigration requirements.
