If an individual condo buyer requests customized floor plans or fixtures, an estimate will be provided and those costs will be paid in advance since they will be outside the predetermined construction loan. But customization is an option. The estimated completion of La Estrella is within eighteen (18) months from the start of construction. The deposit payment structure is as follows:

Deposits Process:
  • 30% upon signing of the purchase agreement
  • 20% upon completion of the urbanization process (clearing the terrain, leveling the property, building retaining walls, and installing the utilities – electricity, water, drainage, cable)
  • 20% upon completion of the physical structure
  • 20% upon completion of all interior finishes
  • 10% upon completion of the entire project
