If an individual condo buyer requests customized floor plans or fixtures, an estimate will be provided and those costs
will be paid in advance since they will be outside the predetermined construction loan. But customization is an option.
The estimated completion of La Estrella is within eighteen (18) months from the start of construction. The deposit payment structure is as follows:
